The Organisation:
Our client identifies the needs of children and young people as their number one priority. They offer a range of programs and services including supervision, transportation, mentoring and respite care. More recently, they have also introduced disability services.

Located in Silverwater, you’ll have the opportunity to work in an agile environment with a dynamic and energetic team. You'll also enjoy a flat org structure and supportive leadership 

Your Mission:
Contributing to the growth of the business, this role will see you nurture existing relationships with NGOs, government agencies and service providers who support youth and the disabled. Using your second to none customer service skills, you will proactively uncover client needs and provide effective solutions. 

About You:
You won't need like-for-like experience for this role, but definitely transferable skills. You might be looking to find more purpose in your work and you love building and maintaining relationships. Naturally, you have excellent interpersonal skills, you can autonomously manage your workload and you love helping people.
