Our NFP client seeks to provide positive lifestyle choices for older people that result in enriching and fulfilling lives. They offer residential care, retirement living, community care, day centres, private nursing and respite care. This role will be a part of their Independent Living department. They have many locations across NSW and this role is based in the Sydney CBD Head Office, near town hall station. The Opportunity
This role will see you provide ongoing management to contracts relating to Property and Affordable Housing. You will be a key team player by contributing through: About YOU
Naturally. you will possess experience in a similar contract role where ideally you have worked in the community services or property management space and dealt with government contracts.
Characteristically you will be organised and have excellent interpersonal skills that build relationships. A good understanding of project management and reporting is beneficial.
