About the Opportunity 

This is a short-term temp assignment (about one month). The nature of this company requires staff to have medical checks as required as therefore a doctor works onsite in Head Office. This role will see you support the doctor whereby you will be accountable for the following activities: 

  • Provide general administrative support 
  • The point-of-contact for all medical service enquiries
  • Manage all medical appointments including internal and external 
  • Manage blood test drop-off and collection
  • Manage drugs and consumables inventory 
  • Provide advisory services on travel health
  • Review processes and procedures to ensure that they are relevant and up-to-date, and provide feedback to manager where changes are required.  

The role will commence in the next 1-2 weeks.

About You

This role would suit an experienced administrator who ideally has experience working in the medical/health industries (however not a deal breaker). Naturally, you will be super organised with the ability to prioritise as well as have excellent communication skills to keep information flowing between the team. No task is too small or too difficult for you!
