Contract / Project Manager

The Organisation  
Our NFP client seeks to provide positive lifestyle choices for older people that result in enriching and fulfilling lives. They offer residential care, retirement living, community care, day centres, private nursing and respite care. This role will be a part of their Independent Living department. They have many locations across NSW and this role is based in the Sydney CBD Head Office, near town hall station. The organisation seeks to provide an enriching workplace where everyone is welcome regardless of lifestyle, disability, ethnicity, sexual orientation or gender identity. 
The Opportunity 

This role will see you provide support to a tender process for Property and Affordable Housing. You will be a key team player by supporting the Project Lead as their "right-hand person". You will develop a good understanding of the tender and be aware of key deliverables and obligations. You will build strong internal and external relationships along the way. 

About YOU
Naturally. you will possess experience in a similar project management role. Ideally, you have worked in community services or property management, however this is not a deal-breaker as the temp solution. Longer term opportunities may be present for those with this industry experience.  Characteristically you will be organised and have excellent interpersonal skills that build solid relationships.
