Sales Manager – B2B
Our client is part of Euronet Worldwide (Nasdaq) and they provide a comprehensive range of currency services and products to individuals and businesses – this includes Currency Converter, Market Analysis, Currency Data API and quick, easy secure Money Transfers. Their coverage is global, leveraging on technology to deliver these services.
They are currently seeking to recruit a Sales Manager to manage the direct reports.
The purpose of the role will be to both identify and develop new corporate business relationships and support the Australian Sales Director in managing and leading the Sydney sales team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assist in training & induction of new starters
- Call monitoring to satisfy ongoing compliance and regulatory requirements
- Origination of sales ideas & execution of sales campaigns
- Monthly and quarterly sales performance reporting
- CRM and sales pipeline management & monitoring
- Lead sourcing and identification of prospective clients – internet, research, CRM, Linked In, Net working
- Complete on boarding and account opening for new clients to service delivery team
Skills required:
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in a related sector
- Ability to work within a fast pace result driven sales environment
- Previous experience managing staff is desired but not necessary
- A track record of sales success and meeting KPIs
