About the Opportunity 
The role will see you contribute to the smooth running of the office. Some duties include: 

  • Answering incoming calls and transferring calls 
  • Build relationships with existing customers to keep our happy clients well… happy! 
  • Assists the accounts team with data entry and reconciliations 
  • Mail collection and distribution
  • Coordinate deliveries 
  • Preparing rooms for meetings etc
  • General office maintenance to ensure a safe and clean environment   
  • And any other ad-hoc tasks that come up – therefore we require a "can-do" attitude!

About You

To be successful in this role you will need to bring a willingness to learn and a positive attitude. No task will be too big or too small. Naturally, you have strong interpersonal skills and a good attention to detail
