The Opportunity:
As the organisation provides out of home services, they are constantly in need of properties to rent to provide their services in. This role will see you network with real estate agents, building strong relationships to ensure they call you first when an appropriate property becomes available. You will be involved in selecting the right property and reviewing contracts, as well as coordinating any refurbishments and fit-outs that need to take place before organising the appropriate furnishings.
About You:
You will have good knowledge of the Sydney property market, preferably in Sydney's west. You will have excellent communications and be proactive in finding the best properties possible.
