Senior Commercial & Financial Analyst (s)

Our client is a global health care leader, listed on NYSE with substantial operations around the world.

They have 2 newly created opportunities for exceptional Financial analyst with 5 to 8 years of experience to take the next step in their  career

Reporting to the Finance Director, you will be working in a product development/marketing environment, you will enjoy the challenge of understanding business drivers, developing new insights and building effective relationships with senior  managers. This is an ideal pathway into more senior financial management roles.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

• NPV modelling and analysis of new products and major marketing initiatives
• Develop and present insights to the business up to VP level
• Partner with senior managers to drive business performance improvement
• Lead the transformation of reporting, analytical and planning processes
• Develop budgets, forecasts and long-range plans
• The key challenge is to leverage your superior inductive reasoning skills to develop insights and recommendations that lead to quick wins for the business and you personally.

Required Skills:

• CA/CPA with between 5 to 8 years work experience with a track record of career progression
• Around 3 years financial analysis experience gained in a global or large Australian company
• Confidence and interpersonal skills to lead, influence and win the support of senior executives
• Leadership and initiative to drive projects
• Exceptional communication skills – formal management presentations and written business proposals
