The opportunity 

This busy role will see you support 3-4 partners (a.k.a be their right-hand woman/man) as well as work with the EA's to keep the office running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Administration support, documentation and meeting preparation
  • Diary and meeting coordination 
  • Act as an extension of the Partners – prepare correspondence and liaise on behalf of, where appropriate
  • Travel and accommodation booking 
  • Anticipate the Partners' needs and demonstrate initiative with little direction
  • Assist in the development of client presentations, proposals and other documents – drafting, editing, formatting etc.
  • Interact with various stakeholders
  • Event coordination as required 
  • Work closely with the other EAs to support the business (ie. reception relief, kitchen maintenance etc)
  • Any other adhoc items as requested 

About you 

You will have worked in a comparable role where you have supported a senior manager. Ideally, you can endure a fast-paced environment, interact with high-level stakeholders in a professional environment and you are impeccably organised.
