We are seeking to appoint two Energy Analysts to work in our Sydney office. This role will suit if you have a business analyst background and are looking to utilise these skills in the energy field.

As part of this role you will help some of Australia's largest energy users by:
• Conducting electricity and gas tariff reviews and budgets/forecasts
• Analysis of pricing and tariff structures
• Analysing data and highlighting anomalies from utility bills on behalf of clients
• Liaising with suppliers to seek solutions for discrepancies and anomalies
• Manipulation and management of energy data

The ideal candidate will have:
• 2 years’ experience working with billing or accounts payable, preferably within Utilities
• A minimum of Cert 3 accounting (or similar)
• Demonstrable mid level Microsoft Excel skills (eg pivot tables, vlookups, formulae), that have been used to undertake analysis of varying sizes of data sets. 
• Strong problem solving skills and an analytical nature
• Exceptional attention to detail 
• The ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and via email, with suppliers and clients
