"Who dares to teach must never cease to learn."
- John Cotton Dana

Who should attend this workshop?

This workshop is designed to ensure that individuals within a company responsible for training others and imparting knowledge are equipped with an understanding of the basic skills and principles of adult learning to ensure the effective transfer of knowledge.

Adults differ from children in their learning in that they bring a vast array of history and experience to the learning environment. They are all at different stages of life; they have already developed their individual strengths, and have a range of learning experiences behind them.

To begin to plan to design and deliver the training it is vital that the facilitator has a thorough understanding of adult learning, and a range teaching strategies to effectively meet each individual participant’s learning preferences.
