Outplacement Programmes

There are times when businesses are required to downsize. As part of a planned redundancy, Challenge Consulting provides personalised, confidential outplacement support to employees at all levels.

Telling employees that their positions will cease to exist is difficult. The trauma associated with job loss or career change is very serious and requires sensitive, specialised management. An important part of this is being able to offer transitioning employees the support and guidance they need to transfer successfully to a new job.

Challenge Consulting's focus is on providing the transitioning individual with what they really need - one-on-one time with our professional and skilled Career Adviser, who will take the pressure off by helping them with job search strategies, creating a great new CV, and assisting with goal-setting, job applications and interview skills.
