  Develop an understanding of the skills and
    approach required to conduct a successful
    performance review

  Learn how to implement the skills and
    techniques required

  Learn how to recognise whether a workplace
    conflict is person-based or problem-based.

  Learn how to manage different performance
    review scenarios

  Understand and follow the seven steps to an
    effective performance management interview

Your investment in the development of your staff is just $1,900 for a half-day session for up to 10 participants. Challenge will provide training materials and bring to you a wealth of expertise in a broad range of workplace issues.
