Your team members complete a short, user-friendly questionnaire, which covers the three key areas affecting performance - strategic intent, business processes and culture/behaviour.

2. Key Drivers of Success
You will receive a snapshot of your team's responses, allowing you to quickly identify they key issues in your team that require action.

3. Action Plan
Challenge Consulting facilitates action planning sessions to drive deepoer understanding of your team's key issues and develops action points for improvement.
