Most team diagnostics only provide data that does not add any value to your team. Challenge Consulting's TEP process is a complete system designed to facilitate self-awareness and team improvement, and to enhance effectiveness, where surveying is only one of three steps.

1. Team Effectiveness Profiling  

Your team members complete a short, user-friendly questionnaire, which covers the three key areas affecting performance - strategic intent, business processes and culture/behaviour.


2. Key Drivers of Success

You will receive a snapshot of your team's responses, allowing you to quickly identify they key issues in your team that require action.


3. Action Plan

Challenge Consulting facilitates action planning sessions to drive deepoer understanding of your team's key issues and develops action points for improvement. You can also have access to the online tracking, montoring, and programme management system that allows you to keep team members on track and action points successfully implemented.
