Facilitation Services
Do you need to get results, resolve a conflict, or develop an action plan?
The Benefits of Using a Challenge Facilitator
Using a Challenge Facilitator will maximise your desired results and investment. Your facilitator is dispassionate, unbiased, and honest, with no personal agenda. Therefore, your participants can remain focused and not become involved in any power play, personality conflicts or politics which may prevail in group dynamics.
When Should You Use a Facilitator?
Consider all the time you have wasted in unproductive meetings, or meetings that have turned into hostile shouting matches or silent stand offs? Here are some examples when a facilitator can be a great investment:
- Project planning meetings
- Strategic planning sessions
- Sales or project launches
- Communications events
- Teambuilding
- Establishing a new management or project team
- Resolving conflict in the workplace
- Goal setting sessions
Using a facilitator at these events will assist your company and your participants to maximise the outcomes, build alliances, formulate action plans and deliver results for employees and customers.
Your Challenge Facilitator Will Be Your Referee and Time-Keeper
It is our mission to maximise the outcomes for your meetings and deliver the results and objectives that you have established. We act as your time-keeper so your participants know they will get their allocated time to present and participate “without fear or favour”. Your Challenge Facilitator will focus on:
- Establishing the purpose of the meeting
- Setting the agenda
- Keeping everyone on track and on time
- Policing distractions and diversions
- Summarising, clarifying and crystallising the flow of information
- Developing outcomes, future objectives and action plans
- Achieving a resolution
What Your Challenge Facilitator Will Bring
Excellent communications skills - the ability to actively listen and articulate with the most appropriate language to address the issues and situation.
Self-confidence - the personal fortitude to be on the receiving end of confrontational words and to stand their ground and remain calm and detached.
Flexibility - the ability to adapt to different personalities, scenarios and unusual situations quickly.
Patience - a calm and even temperament to ensure that difficult situations do not escalate out of hand.
Commercial savvy - someone who has “seen it all”, and possesses an understanding of how the world of business works.
Facilitation is different from public speaking and training. Facilitation is about working with groups of people in the moment. That is, being tuned in at all times to what is happening and being able to suspend or change the process accordingly.
Please contact us in strictest confidence to discuss your Faciliation Services project.
We will tailor a solution to meet your needs and your budget.
