MBTI Team Diagnostic
This workshop utilises your team’s understanding of MBTI type theory and applies it to analysing and defining the key strengths and priority areas of action of your team profile. This workshop looks at developing a team action plan to capitalise on team strengths and improve identified weaknesses. Each participant will receive an individualised team report on completion of this workshop module so they develop an understanding how their type influences the team profile.
MBTI & Effective Communication
Does your team suffer from miscommunication? Explore potential communication differences of MBTI types and how to communicate more effectively based on knowledge of type. Through a range of business focused activities, your team members will learn the skills needed to best adapt their communication style to their audience and the key needs of the situation. Each participant will receive an individualised communication report on completion of this workshop module.
MBTI & Conflict Management
How does MBTI influence different approaches to conflict? Explore conflict management styles and how to best manage conflict with different MBTI types and team profiles. Through a range of business focused activities, your team members will learn how type can influence approaches to conflict and also help with developing strategies to manage conflict effectively in the workplace. Each participant will receive an individualised, work styles report on completion of the workshop module.

Do your customers understand you? Learn how to present information to your customers to increase understanding and improve customer orientation based on your team’s knowledge of type. Through a range of business focused activities, your team members will learn how type can influence your customers and their response to your products and brand.
MBTI & Problem Solving
How does MBTI influence your problem solving focus? Learn how to use all the MBTI preferences to ensure your decisions are well-rounded. Through a range of business focused activities, your team members will learn the blind-spots in their approach to problems and the questions to ask to overcome these blind-spots. Each participant will receive a problem solving workbook on completion of the workshop module.

Learn about the different types of resistance to change, and how best to capitalise on the strengths in approaches to change and innovation in your team. Through a range of business focused activities, your team members will learn how to adapt to innovation and type according to their individual and team type. Each participant will receive an innovation & change workbook on completion of the workshop module.

Learn about different MBTI styles and their buying / selling styles to capitalise on your knowledge of type.
