About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and exceptional Client Service Consultant to join this leading team. This is not your standard Client Service role and we are looking for the best in the industry.
By providing clients with the highest level of service, you will support investors & financial advisors with investment transactions and queries. Your responsibilities will include the following:

  • Provide information and explanations of all funds and products to clients.
  • Assisting clients with process information and quotes. 
  • Help clients with quotes, tracking transactions and providing progress updates.
  • Responding to queries regarding investment performance.
  • Maintain accurate records using the client database.
  • Provide a supportive and responsive customer experience when responding to enquiries.
  • Contribute towards ensuring positive client relationships and client retention.
  • Identify and recommend continuous opportunities to process improvement.  

About You

To be successful in this role you will be a strong communicator, both written and verbal and demonstrate solid experience and understanding of investment management including superannuation.
You will have strong numerical and analytic abilities, along with excellent time management skills, that together, will compliment your relevant tertiary qualifications.
