About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and exceptional Team Assistant to join the Sales team. Supporting the General Manager and the senior Business Development Managers, you will be responsible for coordinating sales meetings, managing travel arrangements, organizing conferences and sales events, diary management and maintaining the CRM.
Ideally coming from a Banking or Financial Services background, your day to day responsibilities will include, but not be limited to the following:

  • Prepare marketing material ahead of client meetings, using the Marketing Database
  • Prepare and distribute reports and promotional literature as requested to clients
  • Maintenance of the client relationship management system (CRM) to ensure all notes from sales meetings are recorded
  • Update the CRM with lists of prospect clients
  • Support the team in identifying new business opportunities by conducting research using various resources
  • Respond to client requests including Requests for Proposals, Questionnaires and tenders Conducts event planning and follow-up  

About You

To be successful in this role you will demonstrate strong time management and organisational skills previously gained within Team Assistant role. The ideal candidate will have experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM. With excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure, candidates from the Financial Services sector with some understanding of Asset Management would be highly regarded.

Having a can-do attitude, you will work well within a team environment but be mature enough to work autonomously when required.
