An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced admin support assistant to really make a difference by supporting this highly motivated mortgage broker, who is well known for providing exceptional customer service.
With exciting plans for a great 2018 and beyond, this is the perfect time to strike a partnership with the business leader who understands the demands of balancing work with everyday life commitments.
As the right-hand support, you will team up to ensure the broker has the opportunity to push forward and grow the business, meeting the increased demands set by a strong client base.

Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to the following: 

  • Managing the processing of mortgage applications from start to finish
  • Act as a first point of contact for clients and lenders
  • Liaise with clients to ensure you have all required supporting documents to lodge the loan applications to selected lenders
  • Other admin duties including drafting internal and external communication
  • Make suggestions for process improvements  

To be successful in this role you will have exceptional time management skills and be well organised, while demonstrating strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
Previous experience within the mortgage industry would be preferable, but the hiring manager is prepared to train somebody with a solid administration background and a desire to learn and understand the mortgage industry.
