The Opportunity
You will provide administrative and client service support to the Settlements team. If you are a customer service star with an interest in Finance, then this is the role for you. This company is experiencing steady growth and requires your assistance. Duties include:

  • Checking legal documentation
  • preparing agreements for settlements
  • Liaising with vendors and clients to obtain additional information
  • Preparing product documentation
  • Entering applicant information into system
  • Working to deadlines and SLAs

The Requirements
Naturally, you will bring your great communication skills and demonstrate a genuine people-focus. In addition, you will also possess

  • Customer service experience
  • Professional and personable manner
  • Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Degree qualification (desirable)
