An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and exceptional Team Leader to really make a difference leading an operations team of around 10 people. This is your opportunity to join a market leader within the investment and superannuation sector that prides itself for the exceptional customer service they provide, supporting clients with end to end wealth solutions to meet their financial goals.
This is your chance to gain valuable experience and build your expertise within the superannuation industry by coordinating the delivery of tasks in an efficient manner. Using your effective leadership, planning and staff development skills you will ensure the team meets their targets around productivity and effectiveness.
Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to the following: 

  • Managing the team’s day-to-day performance by proactively monitoring their workflow
  • Identifying Learning & Development requirements
  • Provide individual performance reviews and regular 1:1s
  • Manage staff within the team and maintain team morale
  • Analysing work volumes, forecasting staff levels and participating in recruitment 
  • Make suggestions for process improvements to ensure the team meets the highest standards  

To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate solid experience managing a team, ideally within an investments/superannuation environment.
With exceptional time management and organisational skills, the ideal candidate will also have strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
Having a can-do attitude, you will work well in a team environment, possess relevant tertiary qualifications along with RG146/PS146
