The company has built a strong reputation in the field and is one of the fastest growing mortgage broking companies in Australia.  As such, the company is in need of an additional Brokers Assistant to support this driven and successful team.

  About the Role

You will be supporting a high performing and driven broker. You will be responsible for managing and processing a high volume of mortgage applications from start to finish ensuring the process is as seamless as possible. You will be liaising with clients and lenders to ensure you have all the supporting documents required and drafting and managing all internal and external communication. In addition, you will be relied upon to manage the broker’s diary and appointments as well as any other administrative duties as and when required.
  About the Requirements

To be successful in this role you will need to bring with you:

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in an administrative role ideally within the finance or mortgage broking industry
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • The ability to prioritise a high-volume workload
  • Resilience under pressure
  • The ability to work independently as well as within a team
