About the role:
Reporting to the Collections Manager, our client is seeking an customer focused Collections Consultant. As a member of this high performing team, you will be responsible for collecting on overdue Credit Card payments. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls displaying a customer centric focus
  • Negotiating payment plans
  • Manage client escalations
  • Preparing arrears and demand notices
  • Assist clients with processing hardship requests

About you:
To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 2 years Credit Card Collections experience. You will have the following skills:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proven negotiation skills
  • Ability to handle a high workload
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work collaboratively and autonomously
