About the role:
As a Hardships Officer, your main responsibility is to ensure the timely review and response of requests for hardships assistance, taking into consideration regulatory obligations. You will also be required to: 

  • monitor all hardships accounts, ensuring adherance to the agreements set forth 
  • making outbound calls to parties who are not meeting the contractual obligations 
  • liasing with external parties (clients and financial counsellors) to devise solutions with the best outcome for both parties

About you:
You are an experienced Hardships Collections Officer, preferably within the Finance industry, with working knowledge of industry standards and regulations (NCCP, Debt Collections Guidelines etc). You are a motivated and ambitious individual demonstrating exceptional communication skills. In addition, you will be confident in your ability to effectively prioritise and manage your workload.
