Our Temporary Services Consultant, Melissa Lombardo


Melissa  LombardoMelissa joined Challenge Consulting in November Melissa enjoys the fast paced nature of temporary recruitment and has a proven record of supplying quality temp staff at the last minute. She takes pride in having a personalised approach to each candidate and client and thinks no two people should be treated alike.   

Melissa has recruited for the following industries: Finance, Tertiary Education, Automotive, Advertising, Marketing, Fashion, Medical, IT, Infrastructure and many more. Melissa also recruits for permanent positions.

Melissa graduated from a Bachelor of Business (Marketing) and spent the first five years of her career working for FBI Fashion College as the Careers and Marketing Coordinator. Here she discovered her love for helping people find jobs. Before commencing with Challenge Consulting, she spent a year working in France, which she sees as her greatest personal achievement to date.

Recipients of this award are then in contention for the Temporary of the Year Award, announced each January.
