Narelle Hess People Services Consultant, Psychometric and Skills Test Administrator, Career Adviser

Narelle Hess is a qualified, registered Psychologist and a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS). She holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) Psychology and a Master of Psychology (Organisational). As a People Services Consultant for Challenge Consulting, Narelle works closely with organisations and individuals to identify their needs and develop strategies for success. Narelle has been instrumental in coordinating a range of projects for organisations to improve team cohesiveness, communication, and business outcomes.

Narelle is accredited in the use of GeneSys, SHL, and Emotional Intelligence psychometric testing instruments. Narelle’s psychometric testing solutions have provided assistance for organisations across the retail, training & education, professional services, information technology, not-for-profit, banking & finance, and manufacturing sectors. Her service is consistently complimented for the efficiency, speed and quality of the reports.

Additionally, Narelle is a professional member of Career Development Association of Australia. She is well regarded for her exceptional relationship building skills, professionalism, and caring manner. This support has included organising customised outplacement programmes for teams during organisational and career transition.  Her competence in counselling and advising individuals has empowered them to make important career choices during these periods of change and take the steps to achieve their career goals and aspirations.
