Louise Verrier - Manager, Western Region

Louise has more than 20 years’ managerial experience across corporate, professional services and consultancy environments. With this extensive experience she has gained an understanding of organisational behaviour, as well as an appreciation of the varied needs of businesses and people.

After establishing a successful career across various senior roles in the corporate area, including human resources management, Louise transitioned her skills to human resources recruitment in 2000. She effectively managed a boutique recruitment consultancy specialising in the placement of human resource professionals into contract assignments. Over many years she has assisted a diverse range of industries and organisations to recruit, develop and retain their most valuable asset – their people.

During her career she has undertaken university study and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and a Masters of Arts in English (Awarded with Merit) from the University of Sydney. She is a Justice of the Peace in and for the State of New South Wales.

Louise’s total commitment to client needs, developing effective relationships at all levels, and delivering outstanding customer service will continue the success of Challenge Consulting in the Western Region of Sydney. This, in turn, will progress and build on the achievements of the many businesses in the Western Region. Louise promotes a team environment, and the professionalism, passion and productivity of our Parramatta team is one of the strengths of the operation.
