Following the completion of undergraduate studies, Rachael joined Challenge Consulting as a Recruitment Consultant. She recruited temporary and permanent white-collar staff across a variety of industries in the areas of secretarial, marketing, sales and accounting from a clerical to senior executive level in Australia and other, international locations. Rachael has also held a Human Resources management role where she provided operational and strategic support to 150 staff across Australia and New Zealand. As part of the organizations leadership team, she worked closely with senior executives in the delivery of recruitment, performance management, coaching, workforce planning and training initiatives.
