Organisational Effectiveness Profiling (OEP)

Challenge Consulting’s diagnostic process provides you with a powerful, proven and unique approach to maximising organisational performance.

 

Most employee opinion surveys only provide data that does not add any value to your organisation. Challenge Consulting’s OEP process is a complete system designed to facilitate organisational improvement and enhance effectiveness, where surveying is only one of three steps.

The OEP survey covers the three key issues that impact on organisational performance, not simply focusing on cultural issues:

Your organisation is provided a 19 KPI driver model based on diagnostic results, clearly identifying the key issues and providing you with a ‘road map’ for success.
